*We do not carry out FRAs but can recommend two independent, high experienced, local Fire Risk Assessors.

We offer a full service and maintenance programme. The British Standard BS5839 recommends that your Fire Alarm System and emergency lighting are serviced at regular intervals.
- Servicing can be offered at Quarterly or Six Monthly intervals
- Ensure compliance to the latest British Standards
- HFAS Engineers are extensively and regularly trained. They are also all enhanced DBS checked
- We aim to identify and resolve all issues at the time of service – reports will be provided for anything that can’t be rectified and requires quoting for further work
- Servicing Contracts can be tailored to suit your needs, should you wish to minimise the financial impact by spreading your payments over a pre-agreed term, utilising monthly, termly or bi-annual Direct Debit

FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS: MONTHLY TESTING WEEKLY TESTING FIRE DRILLS
British Standards state that you are required to carry out weekly testing of your fire alarm systems and enter this information in your Fire Log Book. When you are busy, this can be a chore, so let us do this for you! We can run your fire alarm tests and drills. We currently carry out weekly testing of fire alarms, monthly testing of emergency lights and bi-annual fire drills for a variety of business and organisations in your local area. This is a low cost way of staying compliant and knowing that your fire safety systems are in good working order.
